In this paper, I was trying to persuade readers that there is no need in having more than one citation style when it comes to crediting others authors' work. By choosing one central format that everyone uses, there will be less confusion and all teachers will be able to show their students the same style that is being used world-wide. I supported my claim by providing outside sources that agreed with me and a simple survey I conducted that showed most people only use one format anyway. An argument I provided was that each of the three styles have been used since the early 1900s, therefore they all have legitimate reasons to still be used. I think my introduction is the best part of my paper and it sets the tone for the following paragraphs. The flow of my paper might be its weakest aspect and I might need to provide a few more sources. I want readers to respond to the multiple styles of citing sources, choose which they prefer, and maybe make corrections on syntax or grammatical errors if there are any. If I were given more time, I would further my research on this topic and add more arguments made by scholarly writers.

I really liked your paper, I thought it was really well written. Perfect for the assignment, informative but not boring. It had a personality. I would however encourage you to put more of yourself into the paper, or maybe a personal experience you had with citation troubles. Otherwise, I thought it was really well written. There were hardly any typos/grammar mistakes. I also really like the layout of your page. It was really unique and made it easy to read, in my opinion. Hopefully Mr. Whicker likes it too. I think you'll get a good grade though. I would recommend maybe emailing one of your composition teachers from high school and asking them why they either a) chose to teach APA/MLA/Chicago, or b) why they were required to teach you one of the three. I definitely agree that the inconsistancy is an issue. I never even thought about learning/using APA until I got to OU, in my school it was all MLA, and if the point of high school writing is to prepare you to write college level papers, there should be a common citation format.
here is the REAL link to your paper....if it doens't work this time, email me at kt697210@ohio.edu
